Its true you can get free dial up service in many cities in the US, Canada andaround the world. Do a search under Free Dial Up Access providers in a search engine orcheck out the locations of free dial ups you can access through NetZero . They offer free dial up servers in over 400cities around the world.  In exchange for this service they do put a banner on yourpage but the dial up is free and you can phony up the personal information that they askfor to get the free access if you have an anonymous email box or one behind a proxy orjust a free internet email address that you have under an assumed name. They want that tosend the access information to you to verify that you are a real person and to show thatthe info you used is real, although it   doesn't really if you can access a free oraliased email address to use. If you don't have one, let me know and I will set up a dummyemail box on my server for you to use to have the email in sent to and I will forward theaccess information to you. This is one of the hottest extra ring of security that you canthrough up to shield yourself going. Use this and then run that dial up through free proxy server or two and you will be very hard totrack down.
